Very hard to come by anywhere at all anymore. This one (we think) is advertising a health tonic possibly named "Mt Gassan". Mt. Gassan is the tallest of Dewa Sanzan and is a mainstay of the Yamabushi mountain monks. We believe the tagline above states “Strong, Healthy”.
Anyhow - it’s very old and originally the carved characters were highlighted in gold.
